While the conclusion does not generally resolve every potential loose end, certainly not to my satisfaction at least, it does at the very least finally reveal most of what is going on. The story finally concludes on the previous seasons and most of what we wanted to know are largely revealed, explanations on what happened to UI, what the magical girl salvation system was and why everything about the city diverged so much from the original plot of the series.
